After Tucson, we went to Phoenix so Eric could get checked out at the Mayo Clinic. Since fall, he has had unexplained fatigue, soreness, dizziness, etc. that doctors in New Mexico could not figure out. They suggested that he try the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix since all tests can be completed on site with great doctors to interpret, and it is "in network" for insurance. Eric was able to get in the week after President's Day so we stayed with him to learn all we could.
Ironically, the Eidenbenz family from Los Alamos were in Phoenix that weekend and watched our kids the first Mayo day so I could go with Eric to his initial appointments. We met up with them on Valentine's evening to have dinner together. The kids were SO excited to see their friends!
