Maddie celebrated her summer birthday at school May 14th, but it was one of my busiest weeks and I had no time to frost her cupcakes. "Oh no! It's so hard to teach and be a mom at the same time," I thought as I raced off to class. So I brought the cupcakes and frosting into my classroom and said, "HELP!"
Five of my super creative students to the rescue! They created the most amazing cupcakes I've ever seen and Maddie was wildly impressed when I brought them to her class later that day. Mermaids, seaweed, surf boards, an octopus, ... Thanks ladies!
This will have to be a yearly thing because I don't think I'll ever be able to make cupcakes like these on my own.
